    • Bikinis are nice to look at but keep your eyes on the road while driving. This guy got distracted and lost control of his vehicle.

    • This is an alert. If you go to Coconut Grove by car, late at night, 'DO NOT', 'DO NOT', park your car on a side street. There have been reports of vandalism. And it seems just for fun. Nothing is taken from the car but windows and external mirrors are broken. Sick isn't it! But like I said there have been and inordinate amount of vandalism. Specialy on thurdays, and week end nights. Spend the five bucks and park in a garage. Believe me it is worth it. The shops of Mayfair have a nice garage. This was posted July 24, 2002. I will update if any changes.

    • If you're going to South Beach by car, study the parking signs closely, they can be difficult to figure out. Miami beach gives preferential treatment to local residents, donot be confused. Parking tickets are almost an industry in South Beach. Meter maids are very active. The municipal parking at $8.00 is a bargain compared to a ticket.

     Hello, I find your restaurant guide great- thanks for the tips but did you know Lila's closed? I'm dying for those mountain of friens and steak and no Lilas or similar place in sight... any ideas?
