Buy is an old town in the Central Russia. It was found about 1496 as cloister settlement, than there was a prison, then just province town, a district center. There is almost nothing interesting to see - only one church, one former cathedral (now this is a bakery), chemical plant, ruins of old churches, two rivers - Kostroma and Vyoksa.

Where exactly can I find 'Buy'? And do you have a picture of the plant building?
Do not think so. It's poor province without any services, but with crimes. I dont recommend to walk in russian province without locals.
A very interesting place - surely worth of seeing!
