I spend a few days in this little paradise. I have to say i don't like beaches to much, but this one has something special. I stayed in a little house on the beach. The house wasn't to good, but it was very cheap. Mozambique is a poor country, and so still needs to improve some facilities. Beside that, the progress is arriving, and you can find some people from South Africa or Zimbabwe already living here. |
Here, you can watch the whales in the ocean. There's a lot of sea activities you can take part. If you want to see the whales, be careful because some boats are not to safe. You can also see the whales just watching from the cliffs. When i was there it was very easy to spot them. |
During the night you don't have too much things to do, but you can watch the beautiful african sunset, and then go to one of the few bars right inside the beach. I prefer the one at the end, with a campfire. Sometimes they have live music also. I was pleased to hear some african jam sessions. |
