Canuckmike's Trip to Mauritius - Mauritius

Mauritius was my base for exploring the three Mascarenes Islands. What an excellent base too. Plenty of stuff to see and easily get stuff done it was an excellent introduction to the region. The weather was beautiful the entire time I was there which I am a big hater of rain (well not really, only when I'm outside in it). Most of the people I found were friendly and helpful. Another big thing is that it is cheap, dirt cheap especially compared to the rest of the Indian Ocean.

A fantastic page! Both 'Charamel' Falls and Coloured Earths look amazing! I think you are right about the Botanical Gardens too! Great tips about exploring the country, especially regarding the Sea Urchins!
