This picture was taken at a litle island off the coast called IE SHIMA.
This is the life story of Ernie Pyle, a reporter that fought in ww2. It is a really nice monument. The text might be too small to read.

This is Ie Shima. The hill you see is the only one on the island. The top picture, is me standing on top of the world:) Sailors of old used this hill as a landmark to navigate. It can be seen from very far off. It doesnt look that big but, its a different story when you get to the top.

These are my friends and I on top of the hill. The view was great from up there.

The caves all along the coast of Ie Shima are great. The beach was very rocky and it was hard to snorkel there due to all the coral. It wasnt bad when you found a way out around it though.
