Great place to breath fresh air, have a beautiful view of the city of Caracas, and relax. These are one of my favorite places in Caracas, were you can escape of the city and relax your self with the nature. There are a lot of activities to do: ice ice-skating, visit the Humboldt Hotel, drinking hot chocolate and walk around to enjoy the landscapes. If you have kids, on the weekend are activities for them and a nice park, clowns etc. They can have fun!!!!!! You can take the TELEFERICO (Cable car) at Avila Magica. The ride it is of 15 min going up with the extraordinary view of Caracas and the mountain.

This beautiful plaza of the east of the city, well-known like Plaza Altamira, is it is a place were children and young people go to spend time, and also family in general during the week ends. You can seat to talk and to enjoy an ice cream, during weekend activities are organized so that the population can entertain itself and relax. In the middle of the plaza you find imposing obelisk, which is worth the trouble to admire. Advantages it is that you have the metro just there and bus station that connect with different places of Caracas. Also you will find several good, cheap hotels around. During a time this plaza was very emblematical since it was yields of politics disputes, the opponents to the government and military that were against the government take the plaza By almost a year, Always was crowded and was not very safe several tragedies happen there due to politic. Know it is very safe to be there :-)

Is one of sport the most important parks of the city capital that begin the day doing exercise between the trees and the walking tracks. In afternoon the young people at the sport fields, the children to play in the gardens arrive and the families to take a walk. Also you found animals, among the mammals, reptiles and birds, located in the calls Terrarium and Aviarium. Some of these are: toucans, guacamayas, boas, tragavenados, toads, cayman of the Orinoco, monkeys, tigers, squirrels, among others.

Most Finns and especially me are punctual, so if I have invited you at 8.00 and you showed up at 10.00 I would be so mad that I wouldn't let you in!
