I am making this fitzroy section to encourage tourist out of the usual places. Melbourne is so much more than The arts Centre, penquins and St.Kilda. You can't judge a book by its cover, you need to emerse your self in the many wonderful layers beneath.
Fitzroy is an example of a suburb that has more to offer than a great postcard to send home. Go for an historic walk, have a coffee at one of hundreds of cafes in fitzroy. Wander off the main streets to find hidden loacl pubs or visit one of its many art galleries or just shop! |
