en el Deparamento de Cundinamarca. (Like in Canada we have provinces, and in the U.S. states, Colombia has "departments"). Cundinamarca is the department in which is located the capital city, Bogotá.

The picture seen here I took on a bus trip, I think this was somewhere on the way back on the Tocaima-Anapoima-Bogotá route.
