The Ticino

The Ticino Region of Switzerland has to be my very favorite. With all the flavors of Italy and none of the inconveniences, these towns and cities are a wonderful vacation choice. Relax by the water's edge, sail a boat, shop, eat, drink, hike, bike, fly above a deep gorge in a gondola. Cantone Ticino has it all. Mountains and palm trees, beautiful gardens and ancient castles, fine food and good wine. All that and they speak bella Italiano!
