Laughlin has a river | Courtesy Nevada State Parks |
That is to say, the Colorado River, what's left of it after Hoover Dam which is plenty. The river flows through the whole town and continues to Needles and points south. Water activities include fishing, jet ski rental, water taxis, some free boat rides between riverfront casinos and Arizona parking lots, and swimming (watch out for the strong current). |
