My Espoo

This is where I live, close to Helsinki but a town of its own. We have it all: modern shopping centres, wildlife in the north (with wild berries and mushroom for everyone to pick) and the archipelago.

I can't help envying you. Espoo sounds like a great place to live in. The sea with the islands, the forest, the silence. Wish we had them in Warsaw. If you manage to take a photo of elk let me know. I can't see your house for the trees in your picture. :)

I am fascinated by snowy places. I suppose it's because we never have snow in Ireland but al my life I have felt a pull towards the north. Still trying to see your house through all those trees. Enjoyed this tour of Espoo
