| Cape Town, looking onto Robbin Island |
I have spent too many holidays travelling round South Africa. I'd struggle to say which was my favourite of all the places you can visit in this diverse country but a couple of my favourites would be The Garden Route- no1. Pilansburg National park is another. It's right next to Sun City which is worth a days visit. The Drakensburg, for hiking, magnificent. And of course, Cape Town- a stunning city. Here are a couple of links to great places to eat, stay etc. Enjoy the site. http://www.stage.co.za/listings_ supervenues.html

| Pros: | "Alcohol is very cheap, Clubs cost very little to get in to and youth hostel accomodation is usually clean and excellent value." | | Cons: | "S.A is huge. As cheap as things are there, you may end up spending quite a bit getting from place to place." |
