In later years a temple was built in honor of the yellow dragon and the valley was given its name. one of the sacred mountains ... you could walk around for days finding spots like this! just remember the chinese tourist crowds! you may think you could have a place like this for yourself... think twice!

Such a beautiful spot. Is independent travel by a western tourist allowed, or do you need a "personal" guide, or are there restricted areas still???
