Town square

Such as much of Polish small towns Kornik has pretty nice town square. Main square is a central point of the town. It is a part of the street that is created of car roads. Square is surrounded by nice old 1-2 floor houses, church and in the centre of it town hall is situated.

All Saints church

Gothic church created in 1439. In second part of 18 century was underbuilt. Church is built of red brick. In under the church crypts of Dzialynski and Zamoyski families locate there.

Kornik castle

Such as many castles Kornik castle has also his legends. Its most known legend says that at the nights in the park and castle rooms a dame Teofila of Dzialynski's Szoldrska-Potulicka walks. She is called a "White Dame" becouse on one portrait she wears white clothes.
Dont know is it safe to walk in the castle at night:)

Kornik castle

Castle of Kornik is very popular in Wielkopolska region. Tourists visiting Poznan go to Kornik to see this castle. It is a castle from Middle Ages, was constructed in 14 century. In 16 century castle was underbuilt more large and was increased its defensive functions.
Castle has an interesting museum and library.
