Anita's Adventures....

My travelling criteria

Blissful in Florida
Looks like your priorities change as you get older. Lately, I've been looking for more peace and tranquility in my travels. Possibly because my job's too hectic or even family life itself ! Anyhow, travel now includes 2 important criteria:
1. Big fun with the kids
2. Romantic breaks with the other half
When I look back at the pages I've included here, they seem to fall into place. How else can I have Sunway Lagoon Theme Park mixed with Prague ?
There are definitely hundreds of places that I'd still love to visit, Spain and Turkey being on top of the list. but , its going to be tough having to decide between FUN and PEACE!!
St Pete's pier, Florida

Looking for tranquility

More of these type of pics hopefully in my future travels. I actually sat in a speed-boat in the middle of that ocean with not another living or moving thing around. It was an awesome experience, just me and the sky and the ocean( oh, I forgot and the person steering the boat!). Its amazing what that kind of peace can do to someone, living in the hustle and bustle world we do these days. Would definitely recommend it. I came back with batteries fully charged and ready to face the world again.
Fazi by the pool

Singapore...

Maybe I can mix the fun with tranquil!! Gorgeous pool at the apartment in Singapore close to Clarke Quay. It was Chinese new Year and everything in Singapore was closed. Well, almost. What better way to spend the hols eh..
Great times in a Spanish restaurant!

I do crave for the occasional party tho'

Always been a party animal so curbing that would be difficult!!That's me and past colleagues at Moussandra, KL having our annual dinner. It lasted till the early hours of the morn' with lots of good tapas, wine and Salsa ( well, some of them thought they were dancing it!). Can't say all that has stopped now i'm in the UK. Have had the occasional 'Party' but its mostly Tuesday night at Kingston dance Studio for a few hours of Salsa with my London buddies. Have just started a little group in Manchester...anyone care to join us ;0)
Fazi again! what happened to the other 2?

Sunway Lagoon

Who says i can't have it all, just got to find more places like this!Well, actually, the picture can be a bit misleading. Despite the beauty and the serenity of the background, you do need tons of energy when you bring your kids to places like this. There are so many rides and activities to get everyone going that you do need more than a pair of hands especially when there are 3 energetic and hyper-active boys to supervise!!
