There are 6 yurts in the system. They are about 2 - 4 miles from the parking lot. They are accessed via a groomed cross country ski trail. You can go in on skis or snowshoes. The yurts sleep 6 people and have a woodburning stove (with a stocked woodpile). Our group comprised 2 families which included 5 teenagers. The kids built a snow cave and slept in there.
The yurts have 3 bunkbeds w/mattresses, a cabinet in the corner with all the kitchen gear, and the woodburning stove which will drive the people in the top bunks out of their sleeping bags. There is a skylight in the roof which opens and lots of big windows.
