Provencal Market in Antibes

During my walk in Old Town of Antibes i've spent some time in the Marche Provencal. This is a covered market where you can buy flowers, food, spices.

Plage de La Gravette

The Old Antibes beach which small, sandy, pleasant (but can be crowded), faces west into the sun. What is particularly nice about the beach is that it is sheltered from waves by a small breakwater and this enclosure makes it particularly safe for children.

Walk the narrow streets of Old Antibes, try delicious french pancakes (crepes) with all kind of fillings (chocolate, jam, ham, cheese an so on). Feel the charm of Antibes! You'll like it :-)

Musee Picasso

The Chateau Grimaldi was built in the 12th century and it was a residence of Monaco's ruling family. In 1946 Picasso used part of the castle as a studio. Five months of intense work produced 26 paintings and 43 drawings. The first Picasso museum in the world was born.
