Zaraysk - Zaraysk

Zaraysk is a little town two hours drive from Moscow. It has a fully preserved kremlin (an ancient Russian fortress) dating from 16th century, and a historical center with 19th century stone and wooden houses. This is a perfect one-day destination from Moscow.

Nice place for a weekend tour. I've heard there are a number of interesting estates around Zaraysk.
