This is the Ireland that I always dreamed about. Stone fences, flowing beer, green fields, friendly people, traditional Irish music, and smoky pubs.

All 3 Rolled Into One

Unfortunately, none of the other towns will show up on the map, so I am labeling this entire site "Kilronan." What I am really going to do is review all three of the Aran Islands: Inis Mor, Inis Oir, and Inis Mean.

The Things There Are To Do...

There's something for everyone on the Aran Islands. There's lots of wide open spaces for trekers, small intimate pubs for those who want to relax, historical ruins for history buffs, and an abundance of beautiful scenery.

Pros and Cons

Pros:Friendly people, few tourists, cheap accommodations, good pubs, excellent scenery
Cons:Kind of out of the way
In a nutshell:If you don't mind the long ferry ride, you'll love the outcome!
