The beach is real nice and peaceful.
There are lots of pro surfing and pro beach volley ball events here.
By the beach there's some multimillion dollar houses.

Liked visiting your VT site, Manhattan Vt event pics are quite funny. Many people too, in Malta the country I come from, VT meetings are quite small groups. WELL DONE!!!!
