Take a ride on the Goodyear Blimp

The Goodyear blimp, Spirit of America, is headquatered in Carson. I've heard you can schedule rides on the blimp when they become available, but you need to be very lucky or know someone that works for Goodyear to find out when rides are available. You can watch it come in for landings in the afternoons.

The park across from the golf course and the surrounding area is said to have reputation for gang activity, but I haven't seen anything since I've lived here.
