"Best Kept Secret in Arizona" Chiricahua National Monument by zrim

Chiricahua National Monument Travel Guide: 114 reviews and 242 photos

Stuck in the backwaters of unpopulated southeastern Arizona is a jawdropping beautiful mountain park. I'd never even heard of Chiricahua National Monument and I fancy myself as a connoiseur of the U.S. National Parks system. I thoroughly enjoyed my introduction to Chiricahua. My only regret was the short time I had to explore--just a few hours. There are miles and miles of great hiking. I will return on my next trip to Arizona and give this place the credit that it is due.
