    • Favorite Thing: This is my favorite photo of Verona. First, because I took it as all light was waning and I had no idea if it would turn out. second, because our day in Verona was one of dismal gray skies and this photo is the most colorful of the lot.

    Anyway, my philosophy is to try to take photos even under the most trying of circumstances--you never know how it might turn out. I love being surprised when the photos come back from the developer.

     Having spent most of my time in Verona in the car park, a result of some dodgy food at Cinque Terre, I'm entitled to view Verona in poor light (just like that inside the toilet!) but I loved what I saw and am returning, egged on by your enthusiastic page.    		deecat Sun Dec 14, 2003 02:02 UTC
     I,too, loved Verona. You've done a great job giving the texture and "color" of the city. The people there were so kind to us. It was the 1st city we visited in Italy and we ate at one of the best, small osterias there.
