If you havn't done it there is certainly a feeling of exileration when you get to the top and then again when you need to trust your rope to get off an ice cliff!!!!

Scandanavian Bath!

Just off the complex is a well known Scandanavian Bath complex that is worth the visit and will revitalize you for sure!

The idea is try the wet sauna, dry sauna, hot tub then the ice cold river or water fall and then hit the rest room. You do this three times combined with a message if you like and it is amazing!
