Casino Nova Scotia: Casino Night

The casino in Sydney was as fun as casinos go if you don't gamble.

A bunch of us got together and through in ten dollars each just to see our $300 or so go to about $600 or so and then down to $0.

There are plenty of slots, black jack and a russian roulette wheel.

Crown and Moose: Crown and Moose

The Crown and Moose is a nice little pub located right within the Delta Sydney hotel.

In the night times there would be good music and live bands on a couple of occassions. There was certainly no shortage of live music in Sydney during my visit.

For lunch they also had an excellent buffett. For $7 or $8 it was all you could eat Salad and Soup and your choice of 7 or so great sandwhiches which they made in the kitchen.

Great place to hang out with some friends in the hotel.

Smooth Herman's: Smooth Herman's

Smooth Herman's seemed to be the place to be in Sydney. It was very busy there all the time. On Thursday nights you can make your own fun with Kareoke.

They also have live music there. Lot's of people and good times to be had!

Just right across the street from Smooth Herman's is another bar called Daniel's.
This spot was good to with live music and upstairs and a downstairs part that was less busy and easier to get a drink.

Back to Smooth Herman's you should probably be careful as well at this place. It seems a little erry when you walk in and there are three or four police officers just hanging out. There must have been trouble there at some point and there is a fair bit of security around the bar.

Just enjoy yourself and you'll be fine!
