| | Quick Synopsis On April 16, 2007 I set on an adventure to NY NY with a group of three Metis youth. It started off in Happy Valley - Goose Bay when I woke up to VOCM news talking about New York City weather and I immediately thought, this is not normal.
The city had broken a 101 year rain record, there was flooding and the New Jersey was a declared state of emergency. I thought this is just my luck, we are staying in Saddle Brook, NJ. We marched on and ironically enough all flights were on schedule and we arrived a little earlier.
We traveled with EF Tours and the tour was Business in New York.

| | Thoughts on New York New York for me was overwhelming. The size of the city, the significance, the history, legends, culture, the stars, the variety of districts, the housing costs and the tragedy.
I learnt so much in a couple of days it was an eye opener and you feel your in the zoo at the center of planet earth. There is approximately 8 million people in NY. I hope you enjoy my New York page! I love New York.
