Bull's Tail!

In this forum I decided to present all the unique things in Spain that applied to all the places I visited. In this picture I tried the "Bull's Tail". How more traditional does it get??

The meat was good and apparently cooked for a very long time because of the meats toughness. Also shown here are some Olive's that were served with nearly all the meals.
