Bodrum is a lovely town on the coast of velvet Aegean Sea.
It's one of the brightest touristic spots in Turkey.
Halikarnassus in ancient times.
It was founded in 200 BC and had to stand up and defend its honour in lots of severe battle.
Now it's a city of flash lights and discos:)

Indeed I'd better edit the title of this page to "the country I spent the best 2 weeks in my life AGAIN" :D. I chanced to visit Bodrum in 4 years again.To say that I enjoyed the trip a lot is to say nothing :-) I got "intoxicated" just the moment I hopped off the plane. FABULOUS!

This fortress is the city symbol. The Knights and Rhodes had it constructed in 1402, and it was reinforced with the Italian, German and French towers. It was taken by the Turks in 1523.
Today it's used as an underwater museum.
