A Peaceful Beauty

Nearby the Betwa River, Orchha (Hidden Palace) is just a village, set amoung a wonderful complex of palaces and temples. Some people stay here for some hours, i stayed 2 days...

Jehangir Mahal

The palace was build when Jehangir visited the town in 1606. It was during Orchha's golden age...
Some people say it needs some cleening and restauration, but the palace is still like it was several hundred years ago, and that's impressive to see.

Inside the palaces

Along the Betwa river orcha is more beautifull in rain.Pictures are nice.

The main pic is so amazingly beautiful ! The hotel too...:) Don't like the wild dogs though...Excellent page Peter...Err, can we actually buy an infra-red camera ? :)Regards.
