"Surfin' Huntington" a Huntington Beach Travel Page by Scandic

Huntington Beach (OC) is definitely well known of its waves and the longest pier. Small, relaxed place with many surfers has a nice feeling of never-ending vacation and sun shine.

I spent one of my best vacations there and this smallish place has definitely that something. Relaxed people, sun, summer, fun and beach. And may I add some friendly locals plus safe main street.

I spent some good days of summer there and will definitely go back.

There is lots of younger people hangin on Huntington. The main street is full of offices of Hurley, Quicksilver etc. Then there are some bikini boutiques and lots of lots of shops selling surfer stuff

Not that much anything else. If you are looking for some art, culture or more shopping, the busses will take you out of here. Huntington is for fun and the fun is the beach and the waves.

It is the center of this. The boulevard is good for running and there is even an own beach for the dogs:) The hanging around in the nightime is restricted...but well...you can do it anyways says yours truly:)
