again: I´m too lazy for many words...

Maramures is a place where time is standing still. Just the rhythm of the year is pushing on the days.
Most people live only on their own work, agriculture that is.
No cars, no traktors, nothing engine-driven but horses and tough labour.
And they seem to be so happy. They are so nice, honest, decent and friendly I have difficulties to put into words.

wooden Bungalows very basic but I paid only 100.000 Lei more travel advice

just ask the inhabitants of the villages you can stay at them but be careful, speak about the price before! I had one... more travel advice

Hoffentlich kopmmt da noch mehr - es ist eine wirklich einzigarig zauberhafte Gegend mit ihrer archaischen Kultur. Gibt es auf diese Art sonst nirgends mehr in Europa.
