One usually does the Cinque Terre - not just one of the five towns. But there is no location for CT on VT so one has to ponder a little about how to go about writing pages. |
|  | Quaint, picturesque - it must have been stunning coming here when the towns could only be reached by goat track or by boat. |
| | Now there is a convenient train whizzing by so if you feel tired you can miss one of the sections - or just go home.
We were staying in Rapallo, which is charming, but I think it would be great to stay actually in one of the towns. Corniglia would be my pick I think. But I didn't get to see Vernazza or Monterosso. The husband piked and we caught the train. |
