My first windfarm. It seemed rather beautiful and made a mysterious sound.

We went to the local show with a truck full of kids and horses and dogs.

Ye olde pavilion where they used to display the iced cakes and embroidered tray cloths and the beetroot and potatoes and the dahlias and tulips.
Gone by the board now.

Pros and Cons

Pros:Very rural.
Cons:It was in drought.
In a nutshell:Liked the ambience.

It is a longish drive through pretty country from Goulburn. It has a windfarm. They grow potatoes and there is a sign... more travel advice

No potatoes? Is that to avoid any possible disease or to avoid any mixed breed?

Aha! So your daughter is still seriously into the equestrian stuff? I enjoyed your photos of the locals 'chilling out'. Crookwell looks hot - still snow on the ground here :(
