"The Parish of Hamilton, in The Somers Isles" Hamilton Parish by aodhdubh

As near as anywhere, this is where I'm from. I wasn't born in Hamilton (like most Somers Islanders of my generation, I was born in the parish of Paget, at the ''KEMH'' - the 'King Edward VII Memorial Hospital'.

I don't live in Hamilton, now, either, and I lived elsewhere before there, but that was where my mother bought out home, and that is where I grew up, more or less, and that's where I'm rooted, in the roots that reach deepest.
