In November 2004 I spent 3 weeks in Queensland, mostly in Brisbane. I really enjoyed my stay in the Sunshine State where the people are so friendly. On the streets, on buses, in shops I saw a lot of smileing faces, and I was usually asked how was I. The answer is: I was very well during that 3 weeks.

    Very happy to hear you enjoyed ur time in Brizzy and found us to be a friendly lot - very nice compliment. Hmmm... I would love to drive across Europe too, but driving on the right hand side of the road is difficult for me!! Budapest is on my wish list...

    Andras, Australia is a great land. I was only in Brisbane for 2 hours (in the airport) on my way to Cairns. Next time I plan to pay a visit!
