My second hometown Moved here in junior high...and have learned to love travel because of it. It's a pretty mediocre place...with nothing by the way of scenery (unless you LOVE mesquite brushlands). It's got everything a growing girl could want...Texas football included, but it lacks a bit as you get older. I'd love to be able to spend an evening at a lovely outdoors plaza or park and walk to the closest theatre to take in an opera or musical...but alas...it's just not in Edinburg's cards. |

| Pros: | "Clean, small but close enough to any retail chain of department store or restaurant." | | Cons: | "It doesn't rain enough down here...and it's way too hot!" | | In A Nutshell: | "An okay-to-pass-through college town." |
