The title says it all. The weather is great and they use a lunar calendar giving 13 months a year. The measure hours differently as well, starting the day at about 06.00 hrs. I never did find out how it was done, but check the time of any meeting. You may arrive 6 hours early!
The people are really friendly and helpful, although many do not speak English. All the normal warnings apply - walk in the middle of dark streets and don't talk to strange women, or men for that matter. |
