Didn't spend enough time here, so we need to come back. A HUGE thank you was due to my co-worker, Valerie, who is from Paris. Her knowledge of the metro (and mini-metro map) was valuable to get around. However, the metro would have been so easy to navigate even without prior help. Only problem in Paris was with Air France. After an AF employee directed us to wrong terminal, we missed our flight and were made to purchase another flight! Plus they broke our luggage! Nothing has ever been done and all AF employees were found to be rude. We won't fly AirFrance again if we can help it. Only one worse is Olympic (see Greece May 2001)!

I agree-- Air France is not high on the list of customer-oriented airlines. But then they all can be a pain; my EasyJet flight from London to Paris was cancelled last night, AFTER I had checked in my bags.
