"Weekend in Paris" a Paris Travel Page by pauleast

Recently spent two nights in Paris at the beginning of December just as the Christmas celebrations were getting into full preparation!

Highlights:-
1. Champs Elysees with its beautiful white light trees as far as the eye can see. Also many shops have their own stunning decorations which adds to the lovely Christmassy feel
2. Eiffel Tower - lit up and every so often a blaze of sparkling lights light up the whole area from the tower - simply stunning!
3. Bavarian Xmas market at La Defense - lots of lovely smells and sights of Christmas here
