These pictures were taken in both Albania and Macedonia during the conflict a couple years ago when my dad was visiting the church he planted in Ohrid. Because of all the problems in Albania -- which is 30 minutes away from Ohrid -- he was constantly doing relief work there.

The first picture is of a lady doing the laundry in Pogradec, Albania. The second is one of three young refugees eating watery soup and black bread. If you look closer you can see that she is crying. Her child was shot by a member of the KLA (UCK in Albanian). The last photo in this collage is of the pastor of the Church in Ohrid. He is inspecting boxes to take to the refugees.

The first photo here is of an Albanian woman drinking water out of a spring. In Macedonia and Albania most people have pipes in their front yard with mountain spring water coming out.

The second picture is again of a Muslim.

The next two are of him and his grandson.

Second Picture: an Albanian boy in Pogradec.

Third Picture: now this one is interesting. If you look close enough you can see that it actually says USA + UCK (UCK being, as I said before, the Albanian terrorist group). It's interesting to note that a few years ago we were supporting a terrorist orginization that recieved it's weapon supply from the Al Qaida whom we are now fighting.

Fourth Picture: a young refugee.
