I've been a member of VT for over three years, but I haven't updated anything in ages. I came across the site recently, and decided to maintain/update my site.

Okay, I'll admit it...I got sucked into the whole "myspace" craze. But lemme tell ya,' VT is way better -- read: less drama.

I just didn't feel inspired to update it because I haven't really been traveling since I moved to the States. I went to New Orleans, didn't take many pictures, but at least I got to experience it before Katrina.

The onl other places I've gone in the last year are Cali beaches, SF, and Alberta, Canada.

I'm planning to visit friends in Macedonia next year, but school is keeping me grounded for now.

Not traveling has made me resort to reading...and I mean reading hundreds of books. I feel stuck/stagnant here. I can't wait to finish school, get my journalism degree, and go on assignment in another country.

Stuart just got his 'life' badge which means he's now working on getting 'eagle.' Let's hope it doesn't go to his head...

Nina had a birthday on September 28. We gave her the present 2 days before and told her she wasn't allowed to open it until her birthday...cruel, I know. She was killing herself with curiosity.
