Boston is my fantasy town - a beautiful river and fantastic shopping! I know that these two things are available in many places, but something about Boston just makes it perfect to me!
This photo was taken less than 100 yards from the one below, but could not be more different! It is amazing what a few months, and a severe drop in temperature, can do to a river - it looks more like sand than water! |

My friend and I took a day and walked the Freedom Trail - it is really easy to follow with a painted trail along the pavement, and you never know who you will bump into along the way!! |
