 Another Uyghur restaurant in Istanbul, the name is zinnetrestaurant! You get awesome uyghur food. Thay have everything... Delicious lagman, polo, langpung and uyghur kebap...

 After a few minutes, we managed to get drinks ordered from uninterested waiters. We waited another 10 minutes for menus, which didn't come. After asking we were told they weren't serving food in spite of other (Turkish) people eating around us!!! Tossers.
