Restaurant Name: Chuy's
Where to start? I'll start with the decor. You enter into the "Mil Pescado" bar, which is Spanish for 1,000 Fish. It's called this because of the authentic Mexican wooden fishes hanging from the ceiling. There is a old fashioned photo booth which is big with the tourists. The next room, one of the two dining rooms, is like stepping back into the 50's. There is part of an old Cadillac hanging on tthe wall and velvet matador paintings. To top it all off, there's a huge poster of the restaurant's "Patron Saint", The King himself, Elvis Presley. You'll find other Elvis themed decorations throughout the restaurant. The next dining room is painted pink with diamond shaped mirrors and roses everywhere. The celing is covered with real hubcaps. The diners here participate in the tradition of putting their initials on little dot-shaped stickers and sticking them to the hubcaps. Yeah, I've done it before. Hey, I can be touristy in my hometown if I want! Anyway now to the food. It's delicious! Not much else to say!
Favorite Dish: The World Famous "Big As Yo' Face Burrito™". Beef, beans, and cheese put together in a huge torrtilla! Mmm! That's good eatin'!
