I really don't live in Washington D.C. but across the Potomac River in Arlington, Virginia. Most people recognize D.C. and since I'm only 4 or 5 miles from the White House, it's just easier for people to visualize where I live. This is my 5th major city to live in in the last 13 years. Before D.C., I lived in Phoenix, Arizona, San Francisco, California, Indianapolis, Indiana, and grew up in Chicago, Illinois area.

I only really started my travels in 1992 when I made my first trip to Washington, D.C.. At the end of 1992, I made a major move out West to Arizona and a whole new world opened up to me. Since then I have the travel bug. I want to see it all! The United States so big and there are so many natural and historial sites to see.

During my travels I've taken a lot of pictures and I thought this would be a great way to share them with others. I usually don't have a lot of accomdation or resturant information to share since I don't stick around that long, but hopefully I can help a litte.
