Hurghada is primarily a scuba diving resort with a number of diving centres operating in the town.
In more recent years, it has become a popular location with Russian tourists (probably due to no visa restrictions) and the resort is definitely growing.
It is also possible to arrange various excursions from Hurghada to places such as Luxor which can be done as a day trip. |
