Can't remember the name of these flowers but they were in bloomimg all over Bariloche in December. They were so vibrant they took your breath away.

Lagunas frias

Our boat trip to Puerto Blest with a side trip to lake Frias.

9:00 am- After leaving the hotel we travel on a bus to Puerto Pañuelo.
10:30 -Upon arrival we board El Condor Catamaran and sail the Blest Branch of Nahuel Huapi lake.;11:30 -We enjoy lunch (optional) in the cozy restaurant of the Blest Hostal with a magnificent view of the lake. After lunch we start a bus trip to Puerto Alegrewhich borders the Frías river during 3 km. On board the Caleuche or the Dalca motorship we sail Frías Lake with its Emerald Green Water.

Lakes of Bariloche

Bariloche know as the "Lake district" Located on lake Nahuel Huapi, San Carlos de Bariloche is in the west of the province of Negro River.
Its crystal blue lakes, towering mountains and beautiful scenery reminds you of a Swiss-Italian Village.

• Cons:Can be cold even in December which is the summer months, best to layer clothing
