    • About 30 kms east of Bathurst, N.B., along Hwy 11, is the little community of Pokeshaw.

    The attraction here is the picturesque beach area. During the summer months, you can do some picnicking (they charge a small fee), or take a walk along the sandy beach.

    Look across the Bay to the Gaspé Peninsula in the Province of Quebec.
