TRIBUTE TO WORLDCUP 2006 BY DAVID David (Kristi's hubby) is a great guy and obviously very community minded .
David made this great float in his garage ,pulled it by hand all the way in the Parade in 90 + degree weather .
I believe the Whiting Pierogie fest has been around for 12 years and it is an amazing well run festival and the people of Whiting and Hammond and whoever else is involved with the planning and participation can be very proud of this FANTASTIC event last weekend of July.
Lori & Hansi were very pleased to be here and we thank David and Kristi very much for inviting us to this event . |

|  | VERY '' SWEET '' AND VERY GOOD LOOKING BABUSHKA'S
Yes yes you seeing it correctly ,that is Ethan and Hansi on their best behavior
sweet as pie doing what Babushka's do best and that is entertaining the thousands of people that lined the main street of WHITING ,a town of just 5000 people and it was stunning to see so many people lined and packed the main street .
I think I can speak for Ethan as well as myself , WE HAD A BALL this was really fun .
Still can't believe we did this Ethan was SO GREAT . I am very proud of Ethan being such a good Sport .

| | AND THIS IS ONE '' VERY '' SPECIAL BABUSHKA LADY Well this '' Lovely '' lady is Kristi ,Dabs in VT.
Well I won't get too mushy but Kristi is the REAL thing ,a very good friend and we love being around Kristi and any opportunity we get we like to be with her because Kristi smiles all the time ,she has that funny giggly laugh that I like a lot.
She is persistant (using her own word) when she wants something she goes for it.
Kristi invited us to this Pierogifest and she invited Lori & Hansi to this wonderful weekend in July .

As for Ethan I believe it was Ethan's Mom Jen (coair13 ) who suggested to Ethan to be a ''Babushka '' Lady along with Hansi .
