Oahu is one of Hawaii bigger Islands

A Summary of things we did while on the Island of Oahu.
Hans went with the boys to the 2003 Pro Bowl NFL All Star Game .
We went on an Island Circle Tour.
We went to the Island of Maui day Tour, which was very, very nice.
We went to Hanauma Bay for a day.
Hans went on the trail to the top of Diamond Head for the day.
We went to Kuhio Beach for the day and had a mini VT meeting with
KauaiGirl and had dinner at Denny's
We went to the Pearl Harbour Memorial site for a day.
We went on the '' Starlet '', a Paradise Cruises Dinner Cruise.
Hans went by regular bus all around the Island and stayed at the North Shore near '' Sunset Beach ''
to watch and video tape the awsome Surfers,and the high waves. We went on a Whale watching Cruise with the '' Starlet ''
and we got lucky and saw two humpback whales and saw the Submarine (tour submarine) surface in front of us.The last evening of our stay we had another mini meeting with VT member TropicGirl 77 and her husband Ken.
We went for dinner at ''The Old Spaghetty Factory.'' Last but not least we attended the wedding of our daughter Nicole (Nilkki) and Mike.It was a wonderful two weeks in Hawaii.Some pic's of the VT meetings are on my personal page.

Hansi thanks for the great Oahu page.The train would be my type of transport.
Those waves are huge and those surfers who hang five are very brave indeed.Good tip on the waves.
Did you know that the Macadamia nut was first found in QLD Australia,I did a write up on it on my Maryborough page.It was originally called the Bopple nut on Bauple Mountain and found by our indigenous people.
Mokolii Island is aptly named (The china man's hat)I love it and I would love to go horseriding at Kualoa Farm Tropical Ranch.
